With West Bridgford’s growing population, there is demand for innovative accommodation throughout the suburb ranging in sizes, orientation and cost. The proposed site for these two, two bed apartments is currently occupied by garage storage facilities. Whilst the adjacent properties have a varied design style, they all maintain a uniformity of height, roof pitch and access.

Our proposed design is an efficient use of a small urban space that required a creative approach to spatial arrangements in order to best maximise the sites potential.  

Being awarded planning approval for this scheme is a testament to the success of urban innovation when approached with a contemporary sense of style and quality.
