An experienced developer worked with us to design this five bedroom property in order to improve the level of housing around his home in Eastwood, Nottingham. 

Traditional building techniques similar to the surrounding architecture are the foundation for our design, to introduce a clearly contemporary new home to Eastwood. A centrally located feature atrium, framed by a cedar canopy marks the entrance to the home. The front elevation also includes a two-storey bay window framed in aluminium beneath a traditional pitched gable, as well as floor to ceiling slot windows on the opposite side of the entrance.

A contemporary sense of style and the use of bespoke features and appropriate materials add a strong sense of vibrancy to this street scene injecting new life to the local area.
