We offer you a diverse package of architectural services, which will be agreed upon before the commencement of any works. In addition to our standard design services we can provide assistance in later stages of the construction process. 

 

Our services can be based around the RIBA Work Stages A to L and fee’s agreed on a percentage basis, based on this method of instruction, or we can agree a fixed price for each stage (including planning) depending on the size and type of project.

 

Collaborating with the client is key to a successful project and something we excel at. Starting with an initial design consultation, we will set out the process and agree a design brief whilst attending to your ideas and aspirations for the project. Moving forward we will formulate initial design proposals to be refined and improved following feedback from the client, until the best result is found. After this we can manage the project and the entire planning process.

 

Our services don’t end at the planning approval stage, should you require we can produce; working drawings, tender packages, contracts, site inspections, snagging and the hand over once the project is completed.
