We were challenged to incorporate an impressive development of useable space within the loft and outward within the existing rear amenity space turning this small three bedroom bungalow into a luxury four bedroom family home.

The double height entrance is a prominent feature on the street scene. Other characteristics that add to the overall success of this scheme include expansive corner bi-fold doors that allow the open plan interior to bleed into the landscaped outdoor living area.
​
As one of our earliest projects this design is a successful example of a small residential transformation that has an impact much greater than its size.
