With West Bridgford’s growing population, there is demand for innovative accommodation throughout the suburb ranging in sizes, orientation and cost. Whilst the adjacent properties have a varied design style, they all maintain a uniformity of height, roof pitch and access.

Our proposed design is an efficient use of a small urban space that required a creative approach to spatial arrangements in order to best maximise the sites potential.
