An experienced developer worked with us to design this four bedroom property in order to improve the level of housing around his home in Eastwood, Nottingham.

Set on a Crest Old Hambleton Brick plinth we have used traditional building techniques similar to the surrounding architecture as a foundation for our design, we have introduced a clearly contemporary new home to Eastwood. A centrally located feature atrium, flanked by two extruded gable ends marks the entrance to this home. The front elevation also includes contemporary cedar cladding and an integrated single car garage crowned by an apex bespoke feature window. 

A marriage of contemporary and traditional thinking leads to the success of this project as a bold addition to an evolving area.
