On a site that backs on to an area of approved future development, we have designed these fifteen apartments  in the context of what could become a thriving new neighbourhood.

Our design has a staggered elevation allowing for a subtle transition between the industrial nature of the neighbouring properties and the proposed residential area to the rear. Arranged around a core access atrium with vertical glazing, the design acts as a central focus at the bottom of Ellis Grove, drawing pedestrians south from the High Street.

The design carefully considers a drastic change in typology between industrial and residential with our scheme acting as the bridge between the two.
