The proposed development consists of eight apartments designed specifically for retired individuals. Our design provides generous open plan living spaces accessed by a central lift, with each apartment benefitting from private balconies and many with forward facing aspects through full height glazing.

Carefully choosing materials such as yellow brick, cedar cladding and aluminium to break up the front elevation we have created clear differentiation between each of the flats.

This design is a successful example of developing surplus land to make a lasting positive impact on the local area.
