Meters from Nottingham’s market square on a street of beautiful listed buildings we are in the process of renovating and converting a five storey piece of the city’s history to create bespoke contemporary apartments for young professionals.

Taking particular care to preserve the integrity of the building’s presence on the street scene we have proposed a renewed ground floor office to maintain prominence at ground level. In the floors above we have designed a series of unique living spaces that drawn on and enhance the existing character of the structure. With the highest quality interior finishes and creative use of space in this project we are proud to bring new life to a brilliant piece of Nottingham’s past.
