Our vision for this West Bridgford site consists of eight modern apartments and a ground floor retail unit as a positive addition to the High Street.

We are proposing an unapologetically contemporary design that fully embraces the prominence of the sites corner plot. A three-storey block with a large expanse of glazing acts anchors the design to the site further symbolizing the significance of the development. The design incorporates a living green wall as a focal point of the building bringing a pleasant breath of green within a hardscaped area.

As a particularly challenging project to achieve approval due to the contentious nature of the massing and individual design on the site we still celebrate this as a landmark achievement in obtaining a successful outcome for our client.
