This project makes use of a disused and overgrown site to create a beautifully functional furniture showroom for our client.

The design makes use of traditional red brick in combination with aluminium cladding and proudly exposed structural work to create a modern, industrial, look in line with our clients aspirations.

The scheme is cleverly arranged to consider both the public and private elements needed for a functional retail space. The L-shape of the building creates a staff-only wing at the rear, with the rest of the space opened up to form two storeys of showroom floor.

The overall success of this project will be in the building's ability to bring new life to a neglected, yet busy pedestrian walkway with three elevations of glazing drawing passerby's into a vibrant new retail space.
