This dramatic restoration of a Georgian Mansion required the demolition of a dilapidated Edwardian building attached to the front of the property in order to reinstate the success of the original structure.

 

Within the restored shell and additional two-storey rear extension, we were able to bring 9 new student apartments all with high quality finishes, underfloor heating and unique original features.

The location of this project in the Lenton conservation area meant we had to pay particular attention to the heritage implications of our design. With a beautiful new exterior and carefully updated windows and doors we believe this Georgian property has been restored to its former glory. We are proud to be able to help our client provide much needed homes for the students of Nottingham.
