Our client for this project wanted a contemporary look that would sit well within its context. We have used materials such as weathered steel and white render to create a contemporary feel while the use of brick and a pitched roof allowed the scheme to fit within the context.

This complete remodel of a typical brick dwelling made use of a two story rear and side extension and a loft conversion to create a four bed home with an open plan living space and a separate formal lounge.

Large glazed sliding doors at ground floor level and feature glazed area throughout the design open view out on to the established garden and the Wollaton deer park beyond.
