This 85 bed residential development has been proposed close to Nottingham city center, a prime location for young families and professionals.

 

The massing of the proposal respects to the surrounding context while maximizing the commercial out put available on site. This is achieved by breaking up the buff brick facade with red red brick masses. The ground floor also uses brick bands creating a contemporary plinth for the upper floors to sit on.

The overall intention of the design creates a contemporary feature within the street scene.
