Market Place - Bingham

Located in the center of Bingham conservation area this former bank was in desperate need of refurbishment. Our client saw the potential in the former bank and asked us to convert it into their new office space.

The building has been restored externally with repaired sash windows and external render added to highlight the historic details such as the mouldings surrounding the main entrance.

The property has been designed to maximise efficiency both in plan and its running both in plan and functionality. The plan utilises every inch of space to work for our client.
