Swish Architecture has recently gained planning permission for a fantastic mixed-used development in the heart of Beeston. The Hive will bring high quality contemporary housing aimed at young professionals alongside five new retail units. A flagship symbol of the evolution of Beeston into a thriving and lively neighbourhood, we are proud of the hard work of our team and the client in moving a step closer to making the Hive a reality. 

The former Gallery Hotel is currently being renovated and altered to accommodate nine flats for young professionals within Nottingham's ever popular West Bridgford. This is an exciting project with a strong presence on a main route south from the city, in an area we aim to improve with the creation an iconic landmark within West Bridgford. 

Swish Architecture has recently gained planning permission for a ten flat restoration, over four floors within a grade II listed building, situated on St Marys Gate in the heart of Nottingham city centre. This is a fantastic development bringing high quality student housing within a close proximity of Nottingham Trent University and University of Nottingham.

Swish Architecture have gained planning permission for a mixed-use development, consisting of thirteen flats and retail in Mexbourough, South Yorkshire. This development will break ground within the next three years on the site of the former Highwoods Hotel. The approval was warmly welcomed by the local residents with one saying "Looks fab, It will certainly regenerate the local area".
