Our clients brief for the project was to enhance every aspect of the existing building. 

 

At the front of the property the proposal creates an enlarged triple garage, as well as a more open, grand entrance area leading on to a large open plan living area,  separate utility, study and new downstairs bathroom.

 

Upstairs, within the newly created pair of, asymmetric gable roofs are two luxury master suites with dressing areas and en-suites as well as a large balcony terrace.
