Swish was approached by this young family to guide them through the design and planning process for their newly acquired home in desperate need of remodeling.

This two storey rear extension was part of a renovation of the entire property. As shown in the before and after image below, the property was in a state of disrepair both internally and externally.

The new rear extension allowed space for stylish bi-fold doors, blurring the lines between the open plan living space and the garden. Upstairs an additional bedroom with en-suite was added making this property a stylish contemporary 4 bed with two lounges, utility room and office.
