This grade II listed building, originally built in 1849, is being converted into luxury 1 & 2 bed apartments. With the building being listed a difficult planning process was undertaken. However the planners could see the care and attention to detail that Swish had gone to when producing the design and planning was granted.

Internally the apartments have been fitted out to our clients high standards while keeping the scheme to budget, ensuring a favourable yield once sold.

The 17th century facade has been carefully restored and re painted to enhance the original features, using a grey base with white highlights.
