Tender packages are something you can put together yourself, or instruct us to do on your behalf. We can manage a build for you to oversee the project quality, time scales/ program of works and the overall costs, or we can organise and agree the JCT Contract (we often recommend this or the JCT for Minor Works Contract, dependent on the project size).

 

This stage of the process is usually discussed once planning permission and working drawings have been produced. Our services will aid the success of your project and you can choose the level of input we have, based on your requirements.
