Located in Nottingham city center the park hotel was in a prime location for 18 of new apartments to be built within the original hotel and existing external annex. The external fabric of the building has been completely restored with new or repaired windows, render and stone work through out the propriety, bringing the hotel back to its former glory.

The units were finished to a high standard, to meet our clients exacting standards. This encouraged the the intended occupants (young couple and mature students studying at the local university) to move into the complete units as soon as they were available.
