A former 1920s cigarette factory, this large refurbishment turned a vacant factory to a 165 unit student accommodation. Externally the building was brought back to its former glory, with the brick restored and windows and doors replaced with modern double glazed units.

Internally the large open factory spaces were converted into stylish contemporary studio flats with en-suites for students attending the local universities.
