This client’s property two bedroom bungalow no longer met their growing family's needs, requiring an entire re-model of their home including large extensions and an addition of a new floor resulting in a luxurious five bedroom contemporary dwelling.

Our design is formed from two interconnected halves, the front maintains a modest form of pitched roofs and natural, muted materials such as cedar and cream render, whilst the rear of the property opens up the interior spaces to the garden with a distinctly contemporary set of features.

This design has evolved throughout the project to meet the clients changing needs, developing into a home with longevity for a new family.
