The client obtained this existing four bed property with ambitious plans to remodel the design to create a luxury five bed family home.

We have designed to avoid overlooking whilst focusing on the building's own striking features. The kitchen and master bedroom have been rotated to envelope the rear amenity space, incorporating large bi-fold doors to open up the ground floor, allowing the exterior and interior to become one.

Nestled within a site of considerable surrounding development this project has thrived in spite of constraints resulting in a successful contemporary design.
