This unconventional residential development places unique contemporary flats above a retail unit and block of private storage units. Our design proposes to add an additional floor of accommodation to the building whilst re-configuring the existing internal spaces to better maximise their potential.

By introducing additional amenity space and taking a comprehensive approach to landscaping, we have created a safer and more welcoming environment for the future residents. 

 

The external style of the building is modest and contemporary punctuated with boldly rendered concrete pilasters bringing a prominent focus to this growing community.
