Abbey Road - Bourne
Our proposal for this former ATS garage and retail unit created office spaces with four retail units below. This scheme has been developed with Co-op and Domino's to ensure that our scheme met the requirements of these well known brands.
Repairs (both structural and cosmetic) were required throughout the scheme. The main facade of the building comprised of buff brick, new windows and doors and white render. These additions made a simple but elegant backdrop for the signage, which is key for any commercial unit.
Swish also made key interventions that made the most of the spaces in order for our clients to see maximum return on their investment.
