We have designed a mixture of 15 residential units including two semi-detached contemporary homes to utilise this brownfield site. This project will increase housing opportunities within a popular suburb of Nottingham for professional couples or young families who want to live close to the city, yet away from the noise and stress of a city centre lifestyle.

This project is situated on a site within a predominantly residential area populated by Victorian terraced houses with good school links and amenities.

Our design is a contemporary architectural intervention that reinstates the corner of two residential streets bringing a stylish new place to live in an area lacking a cohesive sense of community.
