This historic cottage in Nottingham required a complete remodel, the existing living accommodation was located on the first floor above the garage, with the bedrooms on the ground floor. Our first intervention was to bring the living accommodation to the ground floor, creating a link with the external space through with the use of large bi fold doors.

The internal fit out capitalised on the buildings history, exposing the brick work to bring a tactile backdrop for the contemporary kitchen and furnishings.
